Is there a time limit for returns and exchanges?

Yes, the time limit for returns and exchanges is as follows: you can return the product within seven days from the date of receipt. You can exchange the product within 30 days from the date of receipt.


Are there any conditional restrictions on returns and exchanges?

Yes, if you want to return or exchange the goods, you need to meet the following conditions:

1. Sending the wrong product due to our own reasons or system issues;

2. The product you received has obvious defects or quality issues;

3. After meeting the above conditions, the returned goods must be unused and in their original sold condition, along with all parts and accessories provided with the goods, including manuals, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags, and boxes (if applicable);

How to return the item?

Please first contact customer service according to the contact information displayed on this website to inform them of the reason for the return, and return the goods on time after the customer service sends you the return address. After we receive the product and approve it, we will process an exchange or refund for you.


Why did you reject your exchange request?

If any of the following situations occur, we have the right to refuse/close your exchange request, and you acknowledge and agree to accept this arrangement:

1. Changes in inventory and/or price adjustments for exchanged goods;

2. If the replacement fails the quality inspection;

3. You failed to provide us with the goods that meet the exchange requirements at the agreed pickup time, resulting in a pickup failure;

4. Other situations that we have negotiated with you.

Note: Products that meet the exchange requirements can only be exchanged once. After receiving the exchange, you can still apply for a return according to our website's return policy.


Why was your return request rejected?

If any of the following situations occur, returns will not be accepted:

1.We are not responsible for any product damage or depreciation caused by improper use or storage of the product, or any modifications or changes made by you or a third party to the product. This is not a product quality issue;

4. Other situations where the seven day no reason return policy is not applicable as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.


When will the refund be credited to your account?

After receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the refund result as soon as possible. If approved, your refund will be refunded through your original payment method, which usually takes 3-5 business days. If you are using a Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit card, we will deposit the refund into your original payment card. However, refunds deposited into a Visa card may take up to 30 days to appear on your bill. Please refer to the refund processing policies of your bank or other relevant institutions for specific refund arrival times.

Who is responsible for paying the return shipping fee?

According to different situations, there are two types of return shipping fees:

1. If the return is due to a quality issue with our product itself, or if we have sent the wrong product, the shipping cost will be borne by us.

2. If the reason for the return is due to customer reasons or if the customer returns without reason, the shipping cost should be borne by the customer.
